  • Logs are inspected at the mill and meet or exceed building standards. No warranty can be implied once they leave our yard as time, weather and storage can affect logs.

There is a 50%, non-refundable deposit required at time of contract with balance due prior to shipping. Special arrangements can be considered. There is a charge of .05% for plans. However, should you order the log package from Canyon Springs Log Homes, Inc. this fee will be credited to your package. If you would like to order a set of construction plans only, the fee would be based on the cost of the log shell package for the model you request.
